I’m the founder of OmniWealth Solutions, an accounting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eyes & Ears Design?

I needed someone to design my website, logo, and some infographics.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eyes & Ears Design and I first had an in-depth discussion where we tossed around ideas for the visuals I wanted them to create. They then designed our website and our logo.

In addition, they produced various fliers and infographics and helped me organize my service lines.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Kate (Creative Director) and Erica (Designer & Developer).

How did you come to work with Eyes & Ears Design?

Kate was a friend from high school. We had run into each other throughout the years until I eventually reached out to her when I decided to form this company.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from March 2009–March 2011.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I received a lot of positive feedback on the website’s look and feel and ease of use. Furthermore, our clients appreciated the infographics because they were very informative.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Eyes & Ears Design truly listened to us. The team wasn’t just interested in pushing their services, but they truly wanted to understand our business and provide only what we needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They were a bit too small of a company, so it took some time for the project to wrap up. However, they did get things done overall.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The more organized and detailed you are about your needs, the easier it is to move from start to finish. At the same time, let Eyes & Ears Design take charge when they need it. It’s vital to listen to their input.
