We needed to expand our new brand through paid advertising, but also combine it with our digital strategies and business model.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for the best local agency to cooperate with in this challenge as the market was local as well. Exploads digital stood out dramatically by their experience, past projects and attitude towards marketing.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We got to know each other and they made the extra step to understand our business and audience. They proposed a draft action plan which was not far from what we were imagining. After we adjusted the initial draft and plan they told us what they need and set up initial deadlines for what we can expect.

Then mutual work started and they went really deep into configuring all our channels, website, ad accounts and what not. This was the place I understood they know what they are doing. Soon after we started the paid ads that brought amazing results!

What was the team composition?

We were communicating mostly with the founder, Facebook specialist and marketing manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was our first paid advertising campaign, but gosh it was done proper!! We saw immediate increase in all metrics of reach, impressions, actions and submission on our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Really powerful workflow! They solved problems as we moved and were not scared to face any.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creative ideas and overall understanding of marketing were impressive. Most agencies do a boxed in services which makes the business fits their model, not the opposite. Exploads adjusted to what needs to happen for our business and executed perfectly!

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I would love to see the creatives produced in house so that they don't worry about that as well.

I’m the director of a private jet charter platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Exploads Digital?

We engaged them for Google Ads advisory and management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exploads Digital was responsible for creating and tailoring ads and managing our Google Ads. The creation process was collaborative. We had a mixture of exchanges and communications to determine what we wanted.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around six people from Exploads Digital. We didn’t have a project manager; their positions were in sales, marketing, and so on. In particular, I worked directly with Tsvetelin (CMO).

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost was between $20,000–$25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Exploads Digital in late-2019, and our last engagement with them was in February 2022. We’re not with Exploads Digital anymore due to our internal budget. It’s not that they’re too expensive, but we have to be very cautious about spending our money during these times.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were an incredible help to us; the quality of the work was fantastic. Before they came along, we weren’t advertising at all. Exploads Digital set everything up, and we did a review about 12 months in. They came up with amazing ideas to further enhance our sales, and we doubled our sales in the second year thanks to their suggestions.

Overall, they were very diligent, and the team worked extremely hard and above their duty to achieve what we asked for. They were always on time and at a very high standard in terms of delivery. We can’t fault anything that they did for us because they only contributed to the growth and success of our company. We were looking to tackle a new market during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we had incredible success thanks to their expertise and input. Any new business we acquired outside of referrals was due to Exploads Digital and their efforts.

How did Exploads Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicated over email and used WhatsApp for anything urgent. They used the Google Suite, and we monitored everything through the Google Ads platform. Additionally, they prepared reports for us at the end of each month.

What did you find most impressive about them?

For me, Exploads Digital was Tsvetelin; he should clone himself and help many other businesses worldwide. He made the company what it was. Following his lead, Exploads Digital took a genuine interest in us beyond making money. Moreover, they had an extremely ambitious approach and knew how to harness a situation to get the most out of it, which was a very attractive quality. We could rely on them to drive our digital marketing strategy, and the quality of their work had an incredibly positive effect on our business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I honestly can’t fault them for anything. Even though we took a break, they were extremely empathetic to our situation and wanted to help us however they could. They wanted to see our success right through to the end. However, we didn’t expect them to work for free.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Engage with Exploads right now. The more time you waste not working with them, the fewer opportunities you’ll create for your business. They’re a lovely team, and it’s so easy to work with them.

I contacted Exploads Digital in September 2021 on order to expand my clients list, but after our pre-talk, I hired them to build my personal brand as a coach.

How did you select Exploads Digital and what were the deciding factors?

I found them online, and decided to work with them after an encompassing interview with Tsvetelin. He displayed plenty of experience, empathy and emotional intelligence.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

At first we went to a discovery face and created a brand strategy. Then we started working ot my personal web site and YouTube channel. Tsvetelin was proactive, supportive and creative all the way. He manages an excellent vendor-client relationship.

Further we've created a marking strategy for my brand for the next months. We've started and email marketing setup, and SM ads accounts set up.

I have worked with digital marketer, email marketer and social media ads expert.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project is not over so we can't measure the outcome yet. I highly recommend Exploads Digital.
