Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started the project on June 2022 and they agreed to do it in 60 days , excuse after excuse delayed on 90 days which is after 1 month wait I decided to cancel and requested for refund and they beg me falling in my foot and I gave them a second chance and they promised after a paid in full they will immediately deliver. I paid remaining in full. Waited and waited and waited similar trend full of excuses.

During this course three project mangers changed Daniel, then Nathan and Nave last. To my surprise all the excuse they give is stupidly same. My last interaction with nave was absolute unprofessional he is arrogant and irritating. Now after 7 months of wait I asked for product and submitted to me, what they have done is a complete joke none of it works. I have to hire new developer and opinion I got was these gave poor product with full of bugs.

To their credit web site WordPress design was OK, but it is WordPress easy install. Now because I cannot use the app I request a refund. Because I request a refund they shut off my entire web site which I paid for hosting and web design. Totally unprofessional and criminal. They were unprofessional and deceptive. Do not buy anything. May be WordPress instalation work they might be able to do that. Other than that do not buy and above all the lie and lie and lie with no limit.

Worst. Email and text are normally used . In the course of 7 months I spike with three different project managers everyone of them quit or may be changing name. Generally worst magement style. Full of shouting and anget.

Nothing good about them.

They need to be honest and straightforward
