Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Managing Director of C-Suite Analytics’. We are laser focused on improving employee retention and engagement. We work with clients to reduce turnover by 30% and more in 6 months or less along with improving employee engagement and productivity.

The founder of Experience Impact planned and facilitated on annual strategic session to create our Strategic Plan for the following year.

How did you select Experience Impact?

Cheryl had been previously referred to me by the owner of another HR firm who I trust. From my first conversation with Cheryl, I realized how smart she was. She combines her intellect with exceptional research skills and brings new insight for consideration.

Describe the project in detail.

Our Strategy Session included pre-work by Cheryl in advance to learn about our business and our industry. She then facilitated the work session with us. Subsequently, she provided a recap to summarize our strategy and next steps to implement.

What was the team composition?

Cheryl facilitated the work session with my partner and I as we are a small company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the year following our strategy session, our sales grew by 8.5% and profit increased as well. Cheryl is the most strategic thinker I know. She did extensive research about our business and industry prior to our session. As a result, she was able to broaden our thinking about our customer's journey and what our strategic focus should be going forward.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were easy to work with and were very good communicators both verbally and in written documents. She summarizes well and provides a framework for accountability.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed about how well they learned and understood our business and the depth of the research provided
