We have worked and currently working on multiple projects… we have got it very streamlined now… where we scope and they quote and build for us.

All of them, from Design and Development to Marketing and lead gen… we have worked with all members of the team.

If the project is scoped properly, they are very quick to return a deliverables breakdowns and cost. Don’t want to jinx myself but all projects go thru ups and downs, but “Knock on wood” no glitches with us this far. Prompt delivery and communication across the board.

Agile, good comms and on time delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team dynamics and the respect they have for one another were amazing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication with clients directly could be worked on in my case…. Because QQ Consultants bring in the projects, we are always tagged in comms which is a good thing but a bit independence and direct comms would go a long way. My two cents but they are excellent at delivering on time.

I had hired multiple companies for my Web Development work and gave everyone small tasks out of which Expando services, communication, and timing were better than the others. So I hired them for my complete website development work. Initially I Hired expando from a niche resource WhatsApp group where his CEO reached me out offering their services

Grit 3D Team internally designed the complete content and the design structure. and we shared all page content with the expando team. They implemented the complete page layout as was required. Details can be seen at www.grit3d.com Technology Used: Word Press Another Deliverable was to send automated quotes to our customers who were inquiring about our premium 3D Printers whose price we do not was to list on the internet for public.

I created a WhatsApp group and dedicated Google Drive folders where all content and pictures were shared. Our team members used to share a video of each page layout and share it in the WhatsApp group for web developers to implement the strategy.

Yes, We had to go through the design thinking process ourselves especially the UI of the pages. I would like their team to improve on the UI and design aesthetics sense which needs improvement.

Our company Fibonacci Agency (Private) Ltd hired Expando's team to help our internal team build a complex mobile application based on React Native, JS, and Node Tech stack. Expando's team worked exceptionally hard in providing us a solid solution, not only that their lead developer provided the necessary thought leadership that helped us in completing the application as per the required specification of the client. Expando is a great team to work with.

The project was for a mobile application which allowed people to order any services online. It was a complex project with multiple scenarios which the expando team built along with our team on React, Native/JS, Node, MongoDB.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for many small software houses and finally found that Expando's team is capable of delivering.

We used WBS for initial planning and then decided to go with JIRA for monitoring and daily updates. for design we used Zeplin but design was not the Expando's part, they just used Zeplin's files. We used 14 day Sprint deliverables. Total deliverables were 4 Apps, 2 connected Apps of Android and 2 for iOS. Technologies used were breifly, React Native, JSON, JIRA, Zeplin, AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase and some others.

6 people worked with me from the Vendor. 2 front-end, 2 back-end, 1 who was managing team and 1 was full stack developer.

project was last about 70-75% completed and was halted due to Covid-19.

Their management style is agile. The communications were mainly done on JIRA but sometimes on whatsapp group and on bi-weekly basis person to person.

Cant say what was unique, as i have no experience of other projects like that.

When I start service I was unable to select a targeted audience i tried to run my add by myself but was receiving spam messages and calls. My goal was to select targeted audience by every group nature for ex if run campaign for hiking than my audience would be young people.

I search through social media for some agencies and fortunately was able to connect with Expando. The deciding factor was the owner of company he guide me through each details of marketing by logics.

Conversion rate was good I was able to meet the desired market

Very effective in fact some times we add run two to three times but the team response was good

My search was over for marketing agency it was like is there anything were they not providing.

They need to expand further, but I was satisfied with their work.
