Exo Agency put forward its work model keeping in mind our requirements and worked to manage the development of the app from beginning to end, after we agreed on the planning, the team designed the app, they hired expert developers and engineers to integrate the software and hardware components, they put together a better product.

Earlier we had made an app for ios but there were a lot of android users in the market, so on the advice of Exo Agency, we made the app ready for both ios and android platforms, although our budget increased a bit but the app looked great, the programming of this app was done very well.

• We have just launched the app recently and have taken the feedback from some of our customers, they told that the app has given a good transparency to the process and it is effective to monitor our service, we will do some cosmetic changes in the app on the demand of the customer but for now the app is working well.

Randy is a very quick decision maker, he took no time in understanding our needs and prepared his plan after our very first meeting and formed an expert team. I mean he didn't waste time at all and our aim for the project remained the same, our aim was to make the app user friendly so that the customer can keep track of their orders on their own and they feel the minimum need from us

. He gave easy non technical answers to our queries and was interested in clearing our doubts. Their meticulous oversight of every aspect of the project resulted in exceptional outcomes.

We made this app for ios as well as android platform due to which our budget increased a bit but it was reasonable because I didn't think about android platform and didn't even discuss with Randy that's why I accept my fault in this but they made very nominal increase in the budget which was acceptable.

We presented the details of our services to the team and the team presented their plans and strategy to us, they presented some content as examples for marketing. We found everything right and agreed to all the strategies.

We have not launched this website yet but it is almost fully developed, we want to remove all kinds of flaws before launching it and for this the team has set up 8 phase testing program for it and this website has been successful in almost every phase, some minor bugs have been found which will be resolved and will be done for final testing and then it will be available for our users. The team has done an amazing job. We ran a hard automation, yet the website didn't crash, which is a positive thing.

In terms of management, this is a great company, their team management is also tremendous, each member was responsible and aware of their work, during the discussions, we changed in the project many times, but there was no problem in the work, this shows that the team is very flexible and dedicated. I used to talk to the project manager almost every 2 or 3 days and got regular updates of the project in details which satisfied me. Our project is going to be maybe 8 or 9 months and in the meantime our project has never had a hitch, which is awesome.

There are many points to impress but what impressed me the most was the flexible team, expert and experienced team members, very responsive and responsible and excellent way of communication.

Vendor had created a team of very professional people who were very serious and dedicated about their work, they work on one project at a time this is very important to develop an advanced product, the team consists of UI designer, strategist, there were visual designer, project manager and 3 developers.

We have started using this app and our first batch is registered on this app, we asked their experience which was very positive, our students say that this app is very convenient and useful. They tell that through this app they can repeat a particular part of the video and can save videos of important chapters which they watch and learn later. We did not need to give any kind of training and instructions to the students for this app which is a good thing.

It was very rewarding to give this project to this agency and I didn't have to worry in any way during this whole project while this app was very important to me, Randy managed the project very well, his specialty was such that he started this project with a better plan, took the necessary data for the project from us, built a team, then started working on this project immediately.

The UI design was done on our own terms and we were involved in the testing of the final product. For communication, he created a group on skype in which discussions related to the project were held, most importantly they handed over our app to us ahead of time.

The team was actually quite unique in wireframing. They always took the time to figure out how to deliver the best experience for the end customer, was dedicated to their work and understood the client's expectations.

It is not possible to find any kind of shortcoming in this agency, but try to know the ideas of the clients even if you are a professional but I am very happy with the performance of the team.
