I’m the president of Coaching Genie, a platform for coaches to easily create, manage, and deliver group coaching programs to clients, streamlining the process and reducing administrative tasks.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Exit Code?

We needed to develop an MVP version of the coaching platform to conduct market research before going full out.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exit Code has developed a fully functional platform for coaches and course creators to deliver their group programs. The team has built features for registration, content delivery, group management, and module/lesson building.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 6-10 people, including a project manager and a development team.

How did you come to work with Exit Code?

They were referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2019, and the project is ongoing.
