Exeen

Exeen is an Italian Business Design and UX/UI company that helps organizations turn complex business challenges into better processes, services and digital products.

We combine Business Design, UX Research, Service & Process Design and UX/UI Design to connect business goals with real user needs and create solutions that are both valuable for people and sustainable for organizations.

Our work goes beyond interface design. We start by understanding the business, its processes, users and context, then design and validate the most appropriate solution — whether it involves improving an existing digital product, designing a new service, rethinking a process or creating a new digital experience.

When software development is required, we work alongside the client's technology team or specialized development partners, while Exeen maintains the coordination of the project throughout implementation. This allows us to remain technology-independent while ensuring consistency between business objectives, user needs, design decisions and the final solution.

Our core capabilities include:

• Business Design & Strategy
• UX Research
• UX/UI & Product Design
• Service Design
• Process Design & Digital Transformation
• Digital Accessibility
• Design Systems
• Prototyping & Usability Testing
• Implementation Coordination

We work with SMEs, scale-ups and larger organizations, particularly on complex B2B products, services and transformation projects.

Based in Milan, Italy, Exeen acts as an independent strategic design partner from initial discovery to implementation.
