I’m the owner of Raiton LLC, a general trading, offshore crude oil trading, and logistics services company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with EXCLAMATION?

We needed to design and build a new corporate website that would present our business in a clear, credible way to international clients. The main goal was to structure information about our services while giving the company a modern, professional online presence. We also needed the site to work well across desktop and mobile devices and to be available in English and Turkish.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EXCLAMATION handled the full website project, from the visual direction through to development and launch preparation. Their work included a bilingual corporate website in English and Turkish, with separate pages for our company, general trading, offshore crude oil trading, logistics services, and contact details. They designed the user experience, built the responsive website for desktop and mobile, organized the service content, and prepared the technical basics for search visibility, including metadata, sitemap, and language-specific page settings. After launch, they remained available for updates and technical support. They handled changes to contact information and website content, helped us with small functional adjustments, and addressed issues when they came up.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, they were referred to me, and their company values aligned with ours.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

EXCLAMATION delivered a complete bilingual website with 12 English and Turkish pages covering our company, our three service areas, and contact information. The site was tested across desktop and mobile layouts, with no visible display issues or console errors at launch. It also included localized metadata, language-specific URLs, sitemap coverage, and contact pages designed to make it easier for prospective clients to find the right information and reach us. Our team found the new site much easier to use when sharing information with prospective clients and partners. The service structure was clearer, so people could quickly understand whether they needed information about general trading, offshore crude oil trading, or logistics services. The bilingual version was also a meaningful improvement. English- and Turkish-speaking visitors could use the site in their preferred language, including the contact pages. On mobile, the navigation and layouts were designed for smaller screens rather than treated as a reduced desktop version.

How did EXCLAMATION perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the project in a structured and transparent way. They shared progress throughout the work, explained decisions clearly, and incorporated our feedback without creating delays. When we requested refinements, they responded quickly and kept the process moving. Communication stayed straightforward, and requests were handled without long delays. We used virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their attention to the character of our industry. They didn’t approach the website as a generic corporate template. The design, imagery, structure, and tone were considered around an international trading and logistics company. They also combined strong visual judgment with careful technical execution. That gave us a site that felt credible for our business and was straightforward for visitors to use.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing significant that we felt needed to be handled differently. The work stayed aligned with our expectations, and EXCLAMATION was receptive whenever we requested changes or additional clarification. If anything, we could have provided some of our source content earlier on our side, which would have made a few review stages shorter.
