Yes all the items were delivered at time. They made themselves available even in the off hours based on the emergencies during the lauch. 

They listened to our requirements, which were not even listed in our initial document. Kudos to the team and project manager.

Yes there is always room for improvement. They should be having a technical project manager, as I think they are getting exhausted for all their processes. Otherwise, the skillset of team is remarkable.
