Evoren Media carried out a full audit of our existing paid social campaigns and rebuilt everything from the ground up. They identified what was wasting budget, cut underperforming audiences and ad sets, and restructured the campaigns around high intent homeowner and property developer audiences.

They set up full conversion tracking and attribution from day one so we could see exactly where every lead was coming from. Campaigns were live within 7 days of strategy sign off. From there they handled ongoing weekly optimisation including creative testing, audience refinement, and budget reallocation based on real performance data.

We received regular performance reports with full transparency on spend and results throughout the entire engagement.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Honestly before working with Evoren we were running ads but had no real idea if they were actually working or where our leads were coming from. After they rebuilt everything we started seeing a proper increase in enquiries and the cost to get each lead came down quite a bit. Over the first few months our revenue grew and we finally felt like our ad spend was actually doing something. We went from guessing to actually knowing what was working which made a big difference for us as a business.

They were pretty straightforward to deal with honestly. They told us campaigns would be live within a week and they delivered on that. Whenever we had questions they got back to us quickly and explained things in a way that actually made sense rather than using a lot of technical language we did not understand. We always knew what was happening with our campaigns and never felt like we were being kept in the dark. It felt more like working with someone who genuinely cared about getting us results rather than just ticking boxes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Probably the transparency. We have used other marketing services before and you usually just get told things are going well without much to back it up. With Evoren we could actually see what was happening with our money and where our leads were coming from. They were not just running ads and hoping for the best. They were constantly tweaking things and telling us why. For a construction business we are not really marketing experts so having someone who could explain it clearly and show us real numbers made a big difference. We actually felt confident putting more budget in because we could see it was working.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Evoren Media could have done differently?

Early on it took us a little while to get our heads around all the reporting but they were patient in walking us through it. Not really a complaint more just that it was new to us. Once we understood what we were looking at it was actually really useful. Nothing major that I would change looking back.
