I am the owner of a Dental Clinique based in Buzau.

For what projects/services did your company hire EvoMarketing, and what were your goals?

We needed to promote dental and oral health in Buzau county and also we needed to promote our location.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked in the past with a bigger digital marketing agency and the results were bad with big costs. After ending that collaboration a partner recommended to us Evomarketing as a small agency but a very performance focused one.

First, we went through a discovery phase to share our branding materials and go over our goals for the campaign. Then they put together a digital strategy, focusing on targeting the right people in our area. The results were very good and still are.

We are working with the owner and a digital marketing strategist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have a 40% CTR in Google Ads campaigns which is great. Our CPA for a lead has decreased with 50% (compared to the cost with the other agency).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Whenever we had a question they were happy to answer. Usually we talk 1 a week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very responsive, trustworthy and focused on performance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should promote their agency better as they really are marketing specialists and they can help a lot of business.
