The website started as a PHP, then changed to Wordpress for the of working with it on our side. They have also added other product features such as the campaigns and chat box, as well as the donation features. SEO was also included in the website to make sure we are seen in the internet. I am not very technical on what technologies they have used but overall I am satisfied.

Months after launching our site, many funders have reached out especially the Canada Embassy here in the Philippines and commended that our website was one of the list of the NGOs in the country with conservation. There has also been good reviews in personal communication about the website's presence.

I am closely communicating with Ryan as the first point in contact whenever there's problems/ issues regarding the website through Whatsapp. Other communication we also use is email.

They gave a professional website that's easy to use that is for a non-technical person. Easy to update if there's also progress in our organization. What;s unique also is that they have their own contributions other than what I would recommend, and they're very helpful in many things.

Again, I am not very technical on website development but perhaps if there is a way to fast track the work, that would be nice such as if there are issues in the website that needs to be resolved, they can do it within the deadline.

We made a few improvements and these were implemented within a few days. Northroom also provided us with numerous proposals to improve our design and functionality of the app. We currently run our entire logistical side of the company of the developed app in terms of loadingsheets, delivery notes, construction and maintenance reports.

Constant communication and transparency was kept throughout the project. This allowed us to view progress on a daily basis. Northroom utilised a collaborative approach by constantly keeping us updated through means of text based communication as well as sharing the design file in the meetings to comment and gain understandings/revisions that would need to be addressed.

This interactive approach was extremely satisfactory as we could ensure everyone was on the same page throughout the design process.
