Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the associate director of digital marketing and communications for a large healthcare center.

For what projects/services did your company hire Evolve Digital Labs?

We engaged Evolve Digital Labs to provide website migration services, SEO strategies, and search engine marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

My company wanted to grow our key programs strategically. We hoped to increase meaningful web traffic and patient appointment requests.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I met with the owner of Evolve Digital Labs and found that we aligned in our philosophies and strategies. We hired them for a couple of short-term projects and were pleased with their performance. It was apparent that they could help us refine our digital presence, so we engaged them for this more long-term work.  

Describe the project in detail.

We began with website migration and a deep dive on SEO. Evolve Digital Labs developed SEM and PPC campaigns for our key programs. We pursued less popular search engines and are currently working on the top three.

What was the team composition?

My team works closely with Evolve Digital Labs’s owner. We also engage with a project manager and SEO and SEM leads.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

Our organic search rankings have improved, especially in the programs that Evolve Digital Labs focused on. The SEM campaigns have delivered success to our budget. The return on PPC has also been excellent.

How did the Evolve Digital Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

I have not experienced another vendor execute project management as well as Evolve Digital Labs. We’ve worked with 3–4 project managers, all of whom have been phenomenal. Such consistency truly speaks to their well-rounded company culture. Their team is present and engaged in every project.

What impresses you about the Evolve Digital Labs?

Evolve Digital Labs is the most impressive group I’ve worked with. They have over-delivered since our partnership commenced. The team understands what we are capable of and pushes us to reach further.

Every team member is highly committed to our success. They are receptive to feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I hesitate to say no, but I can’t think of anything. Whenever there has been even a slight issue, Evolve Digital Labs has responded immediately and gone above and beyond to resolve it. In my eyes, they’re as perfect as any group can be.

I am a digital marketing manager at the Financial Planning Association. We are the leading membership organization for certified financial planner professionals. In my role, I am responsible for all of our digital advertising and tracking the effectiveness of those ads.

We hired Evolve Digital Labs to train our team to use and implement Google Ads and Analytics into our workflows.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to become more knowledgeable about Google Analytics so I could then teach my colleagues how to find the data they're looking for. I also wanted to have a positive ROI on our Google Ads.

The FPA had a relationship with Tomy (Vice President of Data Science, Evolve Digital Labs) before I came on board in August 2018.

My experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics was somewhat limited, so I relied on Evolve Digital Labs to guide us on how we focus on the data and what can be improved with our Ads and Analytics efforts.

What was the team composition?

I have worked primarily with Tomy and Kayla (Director of Digital Media, Evolve Digital Labs).

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

Our team’s collective knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics is much improved. Our partnership with Evolve Digital Labs has been helpful as we’ve gone through website upgrades and a website overhaul project.

How did Evolve Digital Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been excellent. I am regularly communicating with Tomy outside of our weekly Zoom meeting, and he usually has an answer for my questions within an hour of receiving my email.

What impresses you about Evolve Digital Labs?

I couldn't ask for a better Google Ads and Analytics expert.

No, they’ve been outstanding.
