Evolfe provides managed IT support for businesses in London and remotely across the UK. We are the people you call when IT has stopped working, and the people working in the background to help prevent the same problem happening again.

Our work covers three independent layers. Resolve fixes IT problems once they appear, including issues with Mac and Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, user accounts, networks and Wi-Fi. Prevent manages the systems behind the team through monitoring, maintenance, updates, backups and security. Evolve goes deeper into how the business works, improving processes through system integration, workflow automation and custom AI agents where there is a clear business case.

These are independent areas of support, not packages or stages every client must follow. A business can use one, two or all three depending on what it needs. We listen first to understand how the team works, which systems it depends on and which constraints cannot move. We standardise the foundations that should be dependable and tailor the important processes and solutions around the business. Scope, costs, exclusions and response arrangements are agreed before work starts.

We work from a flexible workspace ourselves, so we understand the boundary between the technology provided by the building and what each business still needs to manage, including its devices, accounts, access, data, backups and security.
