Evia Consultancy is a UK bid writing consultancy. We help businesses win UK public sector contracts they would otherwise lose to competitors with in-house bid teams.

We work on a no-win-no-fee basis. Our fee is quoted up front for each bid and we only get paid if it wins. No retainer, no day-rate, no kill fee, no charge for losing. That structure forces us to be selective about which bids we take on and ruthless about the quality of the ones we do.

Most bid consultancies charge by the day whether you win or lose. The incentive is to stay busy. Ours runs the other way: every hour we spend on a bid is one we need to convert into a fee. We commit only to work where we see a realistic path to winning. Our clients' wins are our only revenue, which is the most honest alignment we know how to build.

We use artificial intelligence to handle the parts of bid writing that would take a human days: structured extraction from tender documents, scoring rubric mapping, social value calculation, capability statement assembly, framework section matching. We've built bespoke systems so what used to be a week of paperwork takes hours. Strategy, win themes, narrative and tone are still done by us.

Our work spans cleaning, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, refurbishment, tree surgery, small construction and beyond. School cleaning frameworks, council repairs panels, parks and estates contracts, arboriculture frameworks, works projects across the country. We're not precious about sector or contract size, if we think we can deliver a winning bid, we'll quote for it.

Our home turf is the underserved middle of UK public sector procurement: businesses too big for templated bid platforms, too busy for consultancies charging £15,000 a bid up front. From there we take on work of any size or sector where we believe we can win.
