Lisa provided me with 1 on 1 coaching as well as facilitated a workshop with my management team. We worked on developing our management team as we grow (+50% growth in the last year) and continue recruiting. We have many different personality types and Lisa facilitated an assessment and corresponding workshop to help us all understand each other better.

I was able to make some key decisions with her help and the communication improved greatly between my management team and the rest of the employees. After identifying some of our tendencies, strengths and weaknesses, we were able to move forward in a more cohesive way.

I selected Ever Better because of a personal and trusted introduction.

We started with an assessment of my situation, goals and career desires. We worked over a few weeks to dig into my changing ideas and desired direction. We created a system to evaluate open opportunities that I could apply for. There were particularly valuable conversations as we worked through preparing my resume and practicing for live interviews.
