The scope of work involved developing a progressive web application (PWA) based on the complete UI/UX design that I had already provided. Eventicious was responsible for implementing the front-end according to the existing design, developing the back-end, setting up the database, integrating the required features and APIs, and delivering a fully functioning product. They were also expected to conduct full testing, prepare technical documentation, and hand over the complete source code.
Key deliverables included:
– Front-end development strictly according to the provided UI/UX design
– Back-end development, database architecture, and API integrations
– A fully functioning progressive web application
– Quality assurance and testing
– Deployment support
– Transfer of all source code and technical documentation

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no measurable outcomes that demonstrated real progress or success. The core deliverables — including the functioning front-end, back-end, API integrations, and a working PWA — were never completed or delivered. As a result, there were no tangible milestones, no usable product components, and no progress that could be evaluated or tested.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was systematically negligent. Eventicious repeatedly missed every agreed deadline, including the final delivery date of October 19, 2025. Despite receiving advance payments, they failed to provide any functional result or deliver the required source code, back-end, front-end, or a working PWA. All assemblies they shared were non-functional: core features such as registration, payments, user flows, and key screens from the approved Figma prototype were either missing or broken.
Their communication lacked structure and transparency. Updates were either delayed or incomplete, and many of my requests — including formal demands for the source code on October 18, 2025 — were ignored. I had to send multiple motivated refusals of acceptance due to non-working builds.
Overall, the team did not meet deadlines, did not deliver any usable results, did not comply with the contractually agreed acceptance procedure, and did not adequately respond to the project’s needs. The company failed to deliver any functional result, did not meet deadlines, and did not provide the required source code or working components of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There was nothing particularly impressive or unique about this company in terms of their performance on the project. The only notable aspect was the discrepancy between their initial presentation and the actual execution: this inconsistency stood out because it created confusion and a lack of transparency from the very beginning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Eventicious could have done differently?

There were several fundamental areas that required improvement. Eventicious should have ensured proper project planning, met the agreed deadlines, and delivered a functional product in accordance with the provided Figma prototype. They should have followed the contractually required acceptance procedure, provided timely updates, and responded to formal requests — including the obligation to transfer the source code, which was never fulfilled. Greater transparency, adherence to commitments, and responsible project management would have significantly changed the outcome. The company failed to deliver any functional result, did not meet deadlines, and did not provide the required source code or working components of the project.
