Eve Coaching & Consulting provides executive coaching, leadership team coaching and leadership development for organisations. We partner with HR, Talent and L&D sponsors to support senior leaders and leadership teams on priorities such as strategic alignment, decision quality, stakeholder influence, leadership behaviours, and culture during change.

The practice is led by Edwin Eve, an ICF PCC executive coach with an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change and extensive senior corporate experience in transformation, innovation and leadership development within large, global organisations. This background means the work is grounded in business reality, including the pressures of operating in matrix structures, cross-functional delivery, and high-stakes decision environments.

Engagements are run with clear objectives, agreed success measures, and appropriate governance, while protecting confidentiality for individual leaders and teams. Where useful, assessment-led development (including Hogan, 360's, GELM) is used to accelerate insight, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and reduce derailment risk.

Delivery is available in London and globally, online and in-person. HR partners typically engage us to complement internal development provision and provide a structured, confidential resource for senior leaders and leadership teams during critical transitions.
