Through exploration, engagement and education, we empower compassionate and progressive leaders with tools to create and nurture equitable and inclusive cultures.
Since 2017, our solutions-based approach has been to "call-in" leaders to realize their full potential to engage partners, members, stakeholders and staff of underrepresented identities, particularly gender diverse and racialized peoples. Providing an intersectional, anti-oppression perspective and approach to our work, we educate, empower and collaborate with leadership teams to implement policy, create strategic planning, and help to nurture growth and healthy, inclusive practices.
