I’m the global head of medical affairs at small global pharmaceutical/biotech. We develop innovative therapies for rare diseases and complex healthcare challenges. We specialize in treatments that cross the blood-brain barrier using our proprietary technology. We have a global presence in Japan, the US, Europe, and Latin America.

Eunomia Pharma Services has provided an expert review of material we’ve created, with suggestions on how to modify it to make it appropriate for the region in which it will be used. They’ve also provided a lot of general guidance on a global regulatory strategy for promotional review. The materials they’ve reviewed include medical information booth material and design, as well as other medical communication activities.

They’ve also provided strategic guidance and a more general approach to future activities that we’re in the process of incorporating. They’ve reviewed the material from the regulatory lens of the region in question and pointed out potentially risky activities. They’ve provided suggestions for addressing/modifying material to reduce the risk.

They deliver on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Rashmi and the team are very attentive and strategic. She readily offers guidance and is willing to speak to us about the approach on very short notice. She’s incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and has been very flexible with her approach to suit the needs of our company.
