We brought Ethercycle on to build out a new theme for our Shopify site in 2017. I've enjoyed the group and their work, we've done subsequent redesigns ever since and I keep a retainer open for small projects. We work weekly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Conversion rates increased. We were able to optimize app usage, page speed, landing page development, on site experience, customer experience optimization and so many more. 

We have a fantastic product, but my business most definitely wouldn't have grown nearly as much without the assistance of Ethercycle.

Tickets are always responded to and work done in a timely manner. Larger scope issues are discussed prior to just solving to be aware of retainer hour usage.
