The scope of work encompasses the end-to-end development of a scalable, multi-tenant digital platform built on Strapi, Node.js, and Astro, designed to be seamlessly replicated across multiple clients. Key deliverables include a modular frontend-backend architecture, integrated payment gateways supporting multiple payment methods, and automated, bi-directional integrations with external ERP and CRM systems.

Key measurable outcomes include the successful launch of a fully functional, multi-tenant platform architecture, seamless integration of multiple payment gateways and CRM/ERP systems, reduced deployment time for new client onboarding through standard replication, and 100% operational uptime during initial rollouts.

Their project management was highly organized and structured. They consistently delivered items on time, adhering strictly to established milestones. Communication was smooth and proactive, and whenever we requested adjustments or had new requirements, they adapted quickly and provided clear, effective solutions.

What impressed us most was their ability to build a complex, enterprise-level platform that remains lightweight, fast, and easily replicable for other clients. Their mastery of modern tech stacks like Astro and Strapi, combined with smooth multi-system integrations (ERP, CRM, payment gateways), delivered exceptional quality and architectural efficiency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something EterWebs could have done differently?

Honestly, very little. If I had to point out a small area for improvement, it would be around initial documentation and scoping during the earliest phase, as a project of this scale has many moving parts. However, they adapted so quickly to our feedback and handled complex ERP, CRM, and payment integrations with such technical mastery that any minor early adjustments were seamlessly resolved.
