 I’m the founder of PublicLink.eu, a professional social network connecting freelancers, consultants, and companies working with international institutions. We help users get discovered, build credibility, and network in the international public sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eterna Creative?

 We needed help with the MVP development of our platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Eterna Creative has developed the MVP and proof of concept of our platform, which has further evolved with their help into a full-fledged platform that’s constantly evolving. The team has provided feedback on the idea and roadmap and supported us in refining the deliverables and implementing them.

 We’ve worked with two teammates from Eterna Creative.

How did you come to work with Eterna Creative?

 I found Eterna Creative through the Bubble.io partner program. I chose them over other options because they gave me the first impression of being a much more professional company than others while also feeling personal and approachable. This was confirmed in my further dealings with Eterna Creative.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working with Eterna Creative in February 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 All agreed milestones have been reached, and all functionalities have been delivered in a timely manner. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from end users, and only a small number of insignificant bugs have been found during UAT; no bugs have reached the live platform. Additionally, many users registered are engaged and confirmed the platform is up to expectations.

How did Eterna Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

 Eterna Creative’s project management is well-structured, and the team delivers on time. We use email for the initial setup and Notion for ongoing communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Eterna Creative sticks to their commitments in terms of timeline and quality. Overall, the team has performed better than any other project I’ve worked on in the IT industry.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
