I’m an operations manager at a referral marketing platform. We help companies enable referral marketing on their website.

What challenge were you trying to address with Etailinsights?

We hired them to do more research into companies and source leads to prospects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us get our system configured so that we could sync with Salesforce and any other systems. They had full-service onboarding and provided a customer success manager.

What is the team composition?

We work with Jessica (Customer Success Manager).  

How did you come to work with Etailinsights?

We did some research and were looking for a partner that could provide detailed insights into companies. Their focus is e-commerce companies, and we work digitally native firms, so it seemed like a good fit.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spend $8,950 per year. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2019, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Jessica has been a huge help in everything from configuring the system to providing a great customer experience. She’s always very responsive. Their platform has good, quality data on leads. It’s helped us gain better insight into our prospects

How did Etailinsights perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate primarily via email. Anytime something comes up, we reach out to them and they log a ticket, or our customer success manager helps us resolve the issue.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The great thing about working with them is that they’re always very responsive. Overall, we’ve had a great customer experience. They also have conferences every year that enables us to go out and meet prospects, which has been a big part of our strategy as well. It’s great that they provide both a platform, but also a real-life event where we can create meaningful business relationships.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Because they primarily focus on e-commerce, they don’t actually provide a lot of data around different kinds of businesses. If anything, if they could diversify their portfolio and provide more information on non-e-commerce sites, it would take their platform to the next level.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to make sure the system is set up and properly configured. It makes our lives so much easier when things sync automatically. Comparing against a separate data source could also be helpful.
