We are present on the market since May 2007, with our headquarters in Skopje.



Our goal is to offer comprehensive solutions in human resource management, through which the companies can get maximum results with minimum investment.



1. ESI’s primary service is in the fields of Temporary Placements and Permanent Placements. Through these two services we provide the basic support to companies in the process of finding new employees or consultants for completing their services. We provide them with quality service through careful assessment of their needs, high quality recruitment and selection process thus saving their time and resources. The support towards the companies is further enriched through the consulting services that ESI provides in the area of Human Resource Management.



2. The second service that ESI provides is the Team Management as special support in the area of human resources. We conduct unique Team Building Experiences and Training to address the specific challenges that the companies are facing with their teams.



3. The third service is the Assessment and developmental support of cadres. This service is delivered to companies for their current or potential employees, depending on the needs of the company.
