Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project started quite promising, regular meetings and emails as well as detailed reporting. Over time this got gradually worse, they were sending me invoices without any explanation of what had been done, I had a very high ad spend without and reporting on campaigns and budget. Eventually it got to the point when they just would not respond for days or more. Initially the UK listings were polished and some old ones removed, then I opted for their ads service. 

This was a complete disaster, campaigns were run with a terrible ACOS and I made nothing on a ton of inventory so that was quickly stopped. At this point communication started dropping off, I had no visibility on what was being done. Parent-child listings were broken that took forever to get sorted out. One of these issues was ongoing for over a month and they eventually said they’d got an ‘expert’ onboard, I then had to grant access to a Pakistan account with a gmail address. 

For Germany whatever was created there was a complete mess, they’ve basically done half a job and I’ll need to get someone else to fix this. I requested for the team to create the labels for a German shipment, they said they could do it in a few days for 50 euros, despite numerous emails it was never done. They haven't refunded my 50 euros either. They also listed a fabricated testimonial on their site which stated great performance, not only was this not true but I did not agree to it. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Nothing, I would never work with them again, possibly one of the worst agencies i've ever worked with.

Everything, reporting, project management, communication.
