Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm CEO and founder of Tango Federal. TANGO is a Translation Service Provider providing linguistic services to medium and large-sized companies in vertical specializations in marketing, life sciences, technology, legal and technical content in all language combinations.

For what projects/services did your company hire EQC Agency, and what were your goals?

We needed to build our brand, having a digital presence is critical to scale a business. We also expected to create a steady flow of traffic and new customers with Online Advertising.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After doing our online research of digital marketing agencies, we contacted EQC Agency. During the interview they inspired confidence and showed they knew what it takes to grow a business from ZERO.

What I love about EQC's team is that not only they know their business but they learned and became experts in OURS. The first step was the Strategic Consultancy. They helped us to know who was our ideal customer and model our sales funnel. We then defined our KPI's. With that in mind, EQC worked a strategy and established the best online marketing platforms to invest in.

They also set up our media platform's accounts (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, GTM, Analytics, DataStudio, Mailchimp, CRM) and tracking pixels and events. Since then, EQC has been working to bring us the biggest ROI possible. They analyze data, optimize ads, implement A/B testings, review strategy and funnel. The results have been outstanding.
