I'm the owner of Aqualet Water Technologies. My company deals with domestic and commercial water purifiers and their spare parts. Our operations target both B2B and B2C segments across Tamil Nadu, India.

We wanted to explore selling our products online and have complete control of the same. we had been selling on Amazon and decided that it was lucrative for us to invest on our own ecommerce platform. The challenge was to develop something which helped selling to both B2B and B2C customers online whilst also establishing a base for our water purification rental division.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The team at Eprimacy helped us by developing an ecommerce platform using a volume based discounting structure along with a subscription model for ensuring rentals of water purifiers. They helped set up the entire payment structure using Razorpay.

The basic requirement was discussed with the team. Based on the requirement shared, we got a detailed proposal which listed down the deliverables from the team along with the timeline and the quote for the completion of the project.

The project was managed by a team of 3. The project lead was the owner of the company, there was a website developer and an executive for data entry.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've only recently finished the project and are yet to go live with the website promotion so no measurable outcomes that can be shared in terms of sales right now.

We were updated regularly by the team on the progress of the work and were also guided on how to take things forward with the website and the features required by us.

We liked their professional advice and ownership. It felt like they were making the website for themselves.

We needed expert guidance and support regarding the correct mannerisms for social media marketing, focusing mainly on our LinkedIn account. We contacted them for overall social media marketing requirements, including content strategy, calendar, posting creatives, and complete report and analysis.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We focused on finding a digital marketing agency that offers custom solutions and understands our requirements thoroughly. We reached out to almost 5-6 digital marketing agencies.

Still, the ease of communication and the prompt replies to all our queries from the get-go shifted our inclination to Eprimacy Marketing Solutions. We decided to work with them for our social media needs.

After the first initial meeting, they noted down all our key objectives and then prepared a detailed proposal with an effective plan of action for the first month.

As our focus was LinkedIn marketing, they identified the 3 initial objectives to focus on, given the nature of our business.

They then conducted a digital audit of our website and LinkedIn profile, along with industry analysis to correctly recognize our target audience groups.

Once all this was conveyed to us through a closing meeting, they began building their content strategy, a posting schedule, final drafts of creatives and captions, and most effective hashtags list for use.

For coordination, they organized weekly google meets and created a WhatsApp group for daily updates.

We worked with one account and ad manager and one social media specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On LinkedIn, our followers increased by almost 100 in the first month itself, thanks to their detailed research on hashtags and the right posting schedule.

Along with this, our quality leads inflow increased significantly via LinkedIn and the click rate also doubled in the first 2 months since we started working together.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For constant communication, we met their team every Friday to close on all the creatives and captions for the coming week.

Additionally, we also had a review meeting every second Wednesday to review the current strategy and evaluate what changes we can implement for improved results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The support offered by their team and their expertise in all digital channels is extremely impressive. Their custom solutions cater to our objectives completely and have helped us achieve a significant shift in the target audience and lead conversion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, we are very happy with the team and are impressed with the results achieved so far. One thing we would suggest for improvement for them is to share the monthly review report they create with us for better ideation.
