Episyche Technologies undertook the comprehensive development of the Mindei SaaS platform, designed specifically for educational institutions and tailored to serve three primary user personas: Students/Parents, Counsellors, and School Management. This project required building a scalable, secure, and intuitive platform that provides essential tools for mental health assessments and AI-powered support through a chatbot interface.

Key Deliverables:

• Multi-Persona SaaS Platform for Educational Institutions having AI-Powered Assessment and Chatbot Tools, Dashboards for each persona, data driven insights to school counsellors and management. 
• Built and integrated robust assessment tools, allowing users to conduct in-depth, evidence-based evaluations of mental health. The system leverages AI to analyze voice biomarkers and other data for more precise assessments.
• Developed an AI chatbot to provide immediate support, answer mental health-related queries, and offer guidance, creating a supportive environment within the platform for users to get real-time assistance.
• API Development for Third-Party Integration - Delivered a suite of APIs to enable seamless integration with third-party software, allowing educational institutions to incorporate Mindei’s assessments and AI tools into existing platforms or other school management systems.
• The APIs support data interoperability, giving Mindei broader applicability and making it a valuable tool for institutions that wish to enhance their mental health support services through additional partnerships.
• Consumer Version - In addition to the institutional version, Episyche Technologies developed a streamlined consumer version of Mindei, making mental health assessments and AI support accessible to a broader audience outside educational institutions. This consumer version includes core features from the institutional product, tailored for individual users seeking personal mental health support.

Reduction in Counseling Response Time:

Result: With the introduction of the AI chatbot and automated assessment tools, counsellor response time to student needs decreased by 40%, as counsellors could quickly access AI-generated insights and act upon them. Also, the time to create self-plans has decreased by 70%
Impact: The faster response time enabled counsellors to address mental health concerns more proactively, resulting in better support for students at critical moments.
