I am the owner of a CPR training and first aid supply company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Envision IT Partners, Inc.?

Our team utilizes Envision for all of our technology support needs. We purchase all of our hardware/software and utilize their IT consulting services.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Interviewed several providers and ultimately chose Envision for their depth of knowledge, simple pricing plans and great client references.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

We need to focus our attention on our business and Envision takes the headaches around IT off of our plate. Their EncompassIT support offering addresses all of our IT support needs and allows us to focus on remaining productive.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their entire team is always available to us. We work with their help desk on a regular basis but it is nice to have access to their Client Advocate.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their team always addresses our needs extremely quickly. They are the reason our systems are always up and running and we can provide out training.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are incredibly easy to work with. They respond rapidly whenever we reach out but more importantly they routinely reach out to us to give us a heads on potential issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The cost savings associated outsourcing IT support have been significant. It is cost prohibitive for a company our size to bring IT support in house. Even if we did we couldnt hope to match Envision's depth and breadth of IT knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We could not be happier with the team at Envision.
