I'm the co-founder of an accounting firm based in Argentina.

What challenges were you trying to address with Enterjet?

We hired them at first to develop our website, and further down the road, they also were in charge of managing our social network channels.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enterjet developed our website from scratch; it's a general information website. As for social media management, we already had a profile on different platforms, but we didn't have the time to manage them properly, so we hired them to act as account managers. They're mainly responsible for content creation, posting, answering comments, and general consulting for our Instagram page. They also helped us with the creation of our institutional email account.

We worked directly with their Director and a community manager.

One of our colleagues knows their CEO personally. We found out about their work that way, so when this project came up, we contacted another company, but we found Enterjet's proposal to be a better fit in terms of quality-price ratio.

We've spent about $150,000 Argentine pesos (approximately $1,100 USD) on this last project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2016, and the engagement it's still ongoing.

As we're a professional business firm, being in social media and online in general requires generating a presence, and they helped us achieve that.

How did Enterjet perform from a project management standpoint?

They've been great with project management; the team adapts to the technicalities of our business sector, so we don't have to be there all the time talking to them about the relevant information to our customers. They research themselves, and they've been great at it.

We communicate mostly via WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They've always responded to any issues or requests we have. Also, their ability to understand and adapt to our business sector has been outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Whenever we need any adjustments, we tell them about them, and they solve them.

Be clear when explaining your needs to them; that'll be key so they can propose the best options for you. Also, set long-term goals and constantly evaluate so you can make adjustments.

It is improving performance on mobile devices, we simplify the loading of news, management and rotation of advertisements, generating labor savings as well as reducing human errors.
