Enozi assists us with digital marketing. They handle our social media marketing and our SEO on Google, and they run ad campaigns for us so that we can get more sales. For social media, they help us with our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages.

What is the team composition?

I have one point of contact who assigns all the tasks to their team. I talk to that person to make plans for the next month, and he relays everything to the team.

We’ve spent around 15,000 lakhs INR (approximately $20,000 USD) so far.

We started working together in January 2020, and we’re still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Enozi has done a great job, and we have pretty good sales as a result of their efforts. People can see the quality of the content they’ve created for us on our Facebook and Instagram pages. They also made a deal with us to rank 40 keywords on Google, and they’ve done a really good job with over 35 of them so far.

We also ran a campaign specifically for our walk-in customers, and it did great. It was carried out in August, which normally isn’t a great sales month for the furniture industry. However, thanks to this campaign, we had great sales. Overall, they follow the latest trends to increase our reach with customers constantly.

We communicate with them over WhatsApp and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our contact person is really friendly and always replies whenever I call or text him. He always resolves any issues we may be facing. Additionally, their work quality is great. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go ahead with Enozi; they’re very friendly, and their communication is good. They value quality more than money, meaning that they don’t ask us for more money when executing their work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Enozi - Digital Marketing Agency created a platform where I can post my content. The site is hosted on Hostinger, and they used a WordPress team to develop it.

In terms of functionality, the site is an e-learning platform where I can easily navigate as an administrator to upload my courses and lessons. I can use another site to create the content, embed them on my platform, and then make them available to be consumed by the end-users.

I met them while I was working with another organization. I knew they were just starting, and I needed someone who could affordably help me, so they pitched in, and we started the engagement.

We worked together on this project from November 2020–June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I shared the platform that Enozi created with a few people, and they all gave positive responses in terms of the interface, the ease of accessing courses, and the general look and feel of the product. I was delighted with the deliverable I received versus the amount of money I paid.

It was good, and they were supportive. In terms of communication, we used emails and Google Drive to monitor the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their website design skills were the selling point for me. They came up with samples of what they’d build, and the designs they provided were intuitive — it was an excellent partnership, and I wouldn’t choose differently if I were to do this again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on updating the project’s status and in the time management perspective of the engagement.

Make sure you’re using their project management tools.

Enozi has developed the website, and they’ve created my branding and banners for my academy. They’ve also managed my ads and content on different platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

I’ve worked with around four people from Enozi — I first met with their principal. Now, I’m working with a three-person team.

Enozi’s CEO is a famous YouTuber in India, and I’ve been following him for a while. They were also referred to me by a friend who’d used them for digital marketing. My friend had used two other marketing companies before Enozi, but they weren’t delivering good results. They got him a lot of new customers, and that’s what attracted me to them. I looked at Enozi’s work and got in touch with them.

Initially, the communication with Enozi was through calls, and later on, I met them face-to-face. They’re in touch with me constantly on WhatsApp. We have a group where I post all task details.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Enozi team is professional and helpful. They listen first and then deliver, instead of doing it on their own.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Enozi needs to go international. They’re a startup here, and they’re working very hard.

Any advice for potential customers?

In order to understand the difference between Enozi and other companies, I suggest going to their website and talking to their owner. They have lower prices than other companies, which is especially good for startups.

I needed someone who could build my website and do our branding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I gave Enozi my plan, and they did almost everything related to my brand. They developed my website and designed my branding, including packaging, collateral content, and social media accounts. In addition to that, they onboarded me on Amazon and Flipkart, helped me with Amazon ads, took care of the cataloging, and made integrations with logistics partners. In terms of technology, they suggested a few platforms, including Magento and Shopify, and I found WordPress to be the best choice for a startup.

What is the team composition?

I negotiated the contract with Mohammed (Founder), and I get in touch with him whenever needed. I’ve also worked with an account manager and a designer.

I visited a hotel that had its branding done by Enozi. I asked the owner about it, and he referred me to them. I contacted Enozi, and they showed me their work. I chose them because they were flexible in working with my limited budget and offered to develop my brand further when I had the money — they don’t put money first.

We've spent 240,000 Indian rupees (approximately $3,200 USD) with them so far.

I started working with them in May 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Enozi helped me enter Amazon and Flipkart and handed over the accounts when they were done. The account managers at Amazon and Flipkart gave me positive feedback about my catalogs — I’m already receiving orders on Amazon, which is difficult for new brands.

How did Enozi - Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I have briefings with the account manager over Zoom and Hangouts, and I can get in touch whenever I need something — they’re very flexible. We also have an active WhatsApp group, and they send me emails with everything we discuss there.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with many agencies, and I always had to pay for anything beyond 2–3 revisions; Enozi has given me even five for free. They provide quotes depending on the amount of work, and they gave me a reasonable price for a startup. Additionally, their project strategies are impressive as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they delivered everything I wanted.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Be transparent and not hold back. If you tell them everything, Enozi will make a detailed presentation with plans A, B, and C for you to choose from.
