BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Www.rockrush.com is our custom e-commerce platform design to sell engagement rings. Being the founder I had to spend hours researching to find the correct partners to start the new project. And couldn’t have chosen better than enliven.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire ENLIVEN DIGITAL CONTENT, and what were your goals?

Our website was created 3 years ago from scratch. It’s was a new project, and as a founder I had the physical/product aspects figured out. However, the entire platform for e-commerce was our main goal to develop.

Enliven not only helped us to figure ojt the entire build of the platform, but trained us in how to optimise the website, how best to customise our website to differentiate us from the competition. They helped us gain traffic and momentum.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched and searched for a correct partner to deliver the e-commerce platform. After meeting with over 10 teams, and working with 1-2 of them…I finally found enliven. Just right off the bat from the first conversation I could tell the level of in-depth knowledge the enliven team had, coupled with the correct experience. I simply had no choice, they were a perfect fit.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work was decided initially as getting everything I wanted done, a fully functioning e-commerce platform. They drew up the wireframes for me, we went back and forth smoothly and quickly.

And got cracking. As the platform came closer akd closer to completion I kept adding more and more things that needed to added into the scope. The best thing was ENLIVEN DIGITAL CONTENT developed the platform and was always supportive and flexible.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked closely with around 5-6 people in the team. Starting with the founder of enliven all the way to their marketing head and data development head. There was 1 main project manager to liaise with.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching out site we saw, a huge increase in traffic, and a significantly increase in our revenue as well.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used slack, GitHub and ofcourse WhatsApp and the more traditional phone calls and video calls. The enliven team was never a touch away from giving me support. They kept in touch constantly to ensure the tasks were completed and took ownership of the tasks. Any delays or problem we’re communicated right away alongside possible solutions to the problems as wells.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The sheer amount of knowledge they bring to the table is truly something special. They educated me to so much… that I wasn’t even sure was possible, but in turn became key features that resulted in the successful build of our platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think with every project you can always do it better and fix some issues -but in all honesty there was hardly any problems that we faced when working together.
