Our page load speeds have drastically improved, which has reduced our bounce rate. We’re also seeing users spend significantly more time on the site browsing our hardware and laminate portfolios compared to our old digital presence. Furthermore, our organic search visibility has started to climb due to the technical SEO foundation they built.Overall, the new website delivered substantial improvements across all our core metrics. Most notably, our page load speed improved by over 40%, dropping from over four seconds to under 1.5 seconds. Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s very little to critique, as the final delivery was exceptional. If I had to name one area for improvement, it would simply be during the initial revision rounds regarding micro-details. We have strict standards for things like perfect vertical centering of visual elements and maintaining specific CSS class structures for future scalability. There was a slight learning curve early on to ensure these exact technical and alignment standards were met, but the team adapted incredibly fast and delivered flawlessly.
