I'm the owner of this shop and I'm selling number of different toys for children.

We were selling these toys in our area and as you know that if you wanna sell something online so you must have a website. so we hired EnigmaTech to make a website and application that is easily accessible to the user.

One of my friends told me about the services of EnigmaTech and when I saw their past work and it was great so I hired them.

We had several meetings call to discuss the details. they suggested that we work on the logo first if I like it then we'll move towards the website and application. They have already started working on the website and it is great.

A project manager of EnigmaTech is in my contact. they have more than 15 persons from different fields like graphic designers, web developers and animators etc

More than 25 of our customers like our new logo and hope we will find more customers online

I just want to say that everything is perfect about their timeline and communication

They gave us a professional logo and were honest with us.

Yes, they provided us with ideas and I'm not the technical person at all so they handled everything.

this is going to be our first website so we were looking for someone who knows who to make custom-made website so for this we hired different teams to make our logo so we can book them for more work.

The Enigmatech provided us very detailed work so we made a deal with them to make a website for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year

we searched online/remotely for web developers and designers. after dealing with others we chose this vendor because of their past work.

We had a back-to-back meeting and they showed us multiple mockups and Initial drafts just to keep us updated. They used adobe illustrator and sent us all files format including PNG, JEPG, PSD and AI

We were contacting a single person and he was a graphic designer. Now we are in contact of 2 full stack developers and SEO Person.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Outcome of the project were really nice, they were very expert and gave us many ideas regarding design. I personally had no idea about design like what I wanted but when I see the logo to my partner and other office workers they were amazed.

This project took a little time and this also happened because i wasn't sure what I want but they were showing drafts and all so that's not a big deal for me

They have given us a unique and professional logo in different variations

not yet but I'm just waiting to see the outcome of my website so then I'd be able to say something but if this is about just a graphic designing so i don't think they need to improve anything
