Enigma Scale is an Australian growth marketing agency for companies that want their marketing judged the way finance judges everything else: by return.
Founded in 2020 by Prasad Venkatachalam (search) and Vignesh Aravind (paid media and design), the agency has grown without investors or an account management layer. The two founders still lead every client relationship and stay hands-on in the work.

SEO and AI search: technical fixes, buyer-intent content, digital PR and the entity work that earns citations in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
Pay per click: Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn, managed on a fixed scope rather than a percentage of media.
Web and conversion: landing pages and websites designed around enquiries, with Core Web Vitals and accessibility handled at build.
Content, social and brand: editorial, organic social and identity work, used where it supports the same commercial target.
Our approach
Channels bought separately rarely get credited correctly, so we plan them as one system. Each engagement is tied to one metric the client picks at the start, typically cost per lead, cost per acquisition or return on ad spend. We fix tracking before we touch budgets, cut what isn't earning, then scale what is.
Working with us
A free written audit of your analytics, ad accounts and site comes first. A one-page costed plan follows within a week or two. Reporting is a single page each month, with full dashboards available underneath. All accounts, data and assets are created in your name, and after an initial 90 days the contract rolls monthly.

We started Enigma Scale in 2020 believing marketing should be judged like any other business decision: by what it returns. Our mission is to give every client more value than they pay us, and prove it with numbers they chose. That shapes our values: honest advice before any invoice, outcomes over output, and everything we build staying in the client's name. Six years on, we still have no investors and no account managers between clients and the work.
