We wanted to start again with a clean code base because the prior site had a lot of technical debt due to new code being written on top of old code. In addition, the site's performance indicators were lagging, so it was time to start over.

We received assistance from Endurance with the creation and redesign of our website. They also put our new brand into practise. Choosing the look and feel of our website took up the first month and a half of the project. Each of the 30 individual sites' layout, materials, and style were designed by their team, however we all paid close attention to the home page. 

They also produced icons and graphics for our use. Using HTML, CSS, and React, we completely constructed the website during the past three weeks. In order to submit and commit all of the code into our repository, Endurance collaborated with our frontend developer. Testing had also been conducted by our developer. During the final week of the project, everything appeared to be functioning properly.

From users and other people, we received a great deal of excellent feedback. The crew as a whole, as well as their friends and coworkers, messaged us to compliment the website's appearance. They even questioned the creator of our website.

When our initial project manager (PM) changed positions, we changed project managers in the middle of development. The changeover to the new PM might have gone more smoothly. Our project was big and complicated; in addition to constructing the new site, it also included moving resources and blog content from the previous site. We succeeded even though we had to work a little bit more than we had planned to finish everything and our deadline slipped by a week. 

I commend Endurance for identifying the problem because they responded by bringing in a more senior management to help when they noticed that the timeline was slipping. Asana is the project management and communication tool that Endurance employs while building. It worked incredibly well for us in terms of keeping us informed and on top of things. 

We would enter comments into Asana directly during user acceptability testing, and the engineers could enquire if they had any queries. Email and Google Meet are also used by us for communication. They also utilise InVision as one of their tools for working together on the wireframes.

I'm pleased by Endurance's design quality (both visually and in terms of information architecture) and the consideration they put into the project to produce a product that matches our goals. When we first started, we wanted to make sure that our sites included elements that would encourage interaction with our visitors and help them quickly get the information they need. 

The team produced a design that we adored and that has received glowing internal feedback. With the direction they chose from the parameters we gave them, we're quite pleased. The crew is also adaptable and simple to work with. They were aware of our needs and that we wanted to be in charge of the content; this was never a problem from their perspective. Our needs have been addressed by ENDURANCE, and they excel at what they do.

The change of project managers was the only hiccup we had. However, as soon as they realized there was a problem on their end, they took prompt, decisive action to calm our worries and keep the project moving forward.

The initial assembly by Endurance wasn't exactly perfect, but they put the skeleton together correctly; all I had to do was enter and trademark the images. The following version required just minor content changes and spot updates to a few visuals. They completed the task we required them to in a timely manner, which was fantastic. The first thing we did was choose a WordPress theme we liked. Avoiding making anything bespoke was a difficulty for this project. 

After that, I gave them renderings that resembled actual websites rather than simply wireframes. processing the product. What was critical was that Endurance understood that I was trying to brand the template so it didn't look like a WordPress site but like a professional company website. They understood branding, and once I started giving them the branded material, they understood enough about how a company

As we continue to develop in this region, the one area where we could have utilised additional assistance was with SEO for Europe optimisation. But I also understand that there are a number of things at play that make this endeavour difficult. Apart from that, our SEO efforts were successful and were carried out at the speed that our team could manage, which wasn't always quickly. But NL never lost his patience with us.

The NL team has a lot of other innovative ideas that we weren't always able to implement, so if anything, I'd advise organisations wanting to improve on their SEO to make sure they have time and resources allocated to the project in order to get the most out of their work with them.
