What challenges were you trying to address with Encender?

We work with them on a project we called Digital Trade Engagement (DTE). It’s a trade engagement platform for our sales points and our salesmen.

Encender has provided community management services, digital marketing, copywriting, and graphic design. They use HTML and Salesforce as a tool.

We have between 4–5 people on our team.

We started working with them around January 2017, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

They’ve created a digital tool that helps our salespeople to connect to our sales points. It has had a great positive impact.
