What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an 80% decrease in our organic clicks and traffic. After voicing my concerns, Caleb just quit and decided to give up, and refused to get on a call with me. At that point, I had already paid Caleb $4,500, and he ruined my company's online reputation. One of my worst decisions was to hire Caleb and his team.
