The project involved a complete redesign and development of our corporate website to better serve our clients in Vienna. 
The scope of work and main deliverables included: 
UX/UI Design: User research, wireframing, and creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma. 
Web Development: Front-end and back-end development of a fully responsive, fast-loading website. 
CMS Integration: Setting up a Content Management System so our team can easily update text and images. 
Quality Assurance: Testing across different devices and browsers prior to launch.

Thanks to optimization, a responsive design, and a detailed form, we successfully provided clients with all the necessary information upfront, answering many questions before they even got in touch. Our key measurable outcomes include:

What stood out the most was their rare combination of top-tier UX/UI design skills and deep technical expertise. Often, you have to hire separate agencies for design and development, but they handled both flawlessly. Their ability to translate complex business ideas into a clean, intuitive, and visually stunning user interface was truly impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Emet could have done differently?

Honestly, we don't have any major complaints. The only thing I could suggest is that Emet might consider expanding their services to include post-launch digital marketing. We were so happy with the UX/UI and development that we would have loved to continue working with them for our ongoing marketing needs.

We needed designs for our apps and for our clients. We chose this company based on a recommendation. And we’ve never been disappointed. Our clients are very satisfied with their solutions, which perfectly match our vision of how the designs should look.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Users have started leaving fewer negative reviews about the interface. And after the updates, some of them changed their low ratings which had previously criticized the design to 4 or 5 stars, which is an excellent result. Of the 100 users who had complained about the design, more than half are now satisfied.

The work was completed on time; we experienced a single delay while generating the interface using Three.js, but this had been discussed in advance, as such issues can occur during compatibility testing.
