ClaimCanada Event Center
Since the last train left the Island on December 31st, 1989, Emerald has gradually become a quiet bedroom Community but its Residents still maintain their community spirit & pride.
The two remaining public buildings in Emerald are the Emerald Community Centre / Boxcar Pub & Grill and the Emerald Train Station, built in 1924. If you have historical photographs of Emerald, we would love to get a copy to display them in the Boxcar Pub & Grill, let us know at emeraldcc@bellaliant.com
