We now have a professional website that gives us a solid home for our content and a newsletter system we can use to stay connected with our readers. It has given us a much better starting point for growing our company.  The website looks great, the newsletter is set up properly, and the whole process was much easier than we expected it to be. More than anything, we appreciated having a team that was always willing to help and work through things with us. We’d absolutely recommend them to someone looking for a team that is both capable and genuinely supportive.

eMac Media worked on the design and development of the Locals U.S platform, including the underlying processes needed to operate and grow the directory. They have also been supporting us with marketing and helping us build awareness around the platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest outcome has been getting the platform fully built and operational with the processes needed to support its growth. We now have a solid foundation for adding more local businesses, growing the directory, and expanding our marketing efforts. We’re also seeing early growth in traffic and business listings, which gives us confidence that the platform is moving in the right direction.

They took ownership of the project rather than needing constant direction from us. That was important because we had a fairly broad idea of what we wanted to build, and they were able to turn that into something structured and practical.
