In the Real Estate, Business Brokering, Construction and Real Estate Finance industry since 1989.   

For the past 6 years, the Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage niche has been MMFLA & MRTMA Cannabis Properties and MMFLA & MRTMA Cannabis Business Sales.  His sales achievements alone has helped them rank amongst the top 5 Brokers in this niche of the Real Estate and Business Brokering  industry.  

Elwood also currently holds a position as Director at Seed to Sale Funding, which is a Nationwide Finance Placement Firm for Cannabis Industry specific properties.  

Prior these current positions, was the Broker/Owner of another botique Brokerage firm, which by volume and units was ranked as the largest Business Brokerage in the State of Michigan.  

Elwood is a longstanding Member of Commercial Board of Realtors “CBOR”, National Board of Realtors “NAR”, Michigan Association of Realtors “MAR”,  North Oakland Board of Realtors “NOCBOR”, International Counsel of Shopping Centers “ICSC”, and is a Certified Mentor, Trainer and ‘Rev.
