• She assisted in updating our companies HR practices to ensure procedures and policies were in line with our companies standards and expectations.
• Helped our employee management process to be more organized ansd compliant
• Offered us guidance and recommendations regarding employee hiring and termination procedures including helping us naviaget communicaiton, documentation and proper HR protocols to reduce our risk while maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the process.

Deliverables were completed on time. communication was clear and Angie was quick to address our needs and make changes when necessary. Overall the project moveed efficiently and elevated the professionalism of our operations.

What stood out most was their ability to combine professionalism with a very hands-on and responsive approach. She not only helped modernize and improve our processes, but also adapted quickly to our needs and became a valuable resource throughout the projects. Her communication, attention to detail, and overall organization made a noticeable was very impressive. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elle Mathis & Company could have done differently?
