What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Elewares' work helped us improve visibility, accuracy, and control over our production and financial operations. One of the key outcomes was having a centralized system that calculates production costs, tracks expenses and revenues, monitors profitability, and provides management with accurate financial data. Moreover, the system generates a range of financial and management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, treasury/cash position reports, production cost reports, product and recipe costing reports, sales and revenue reports, expenses reports, inventory and raw materials reports, gross profit and profit margin reports, production performance reports, and cost variance reports. These reports improved management's ability to monitor the financial performance of the business, understand the actual cost and profitability of each product, identify cost variations, track cash and inventory, and make faster, data-driven decisions. Overall, the system significantly changed how we manage our operations and make financial decisions. One of the most important improvements is that the system calculates the actual cost of each product and provides a suggested selling price based on a predefined target profit margin. This has allowed us to review and adjust our prices based on actual costs and the profit margin we want to achieve, rather than relying mainly on estimates or manual calculations. Additionally, the system provides monthly treasury and profit and loss reports, giving management a clear overview of everything that happened financially during the month. These reports help us understand where the money came from and where it was spent, how profitable the business was, and what factors affected the monthly results. Overall, the system has made our decision-making more data-driven, transparent, and proactive. Instead of simply reviewing what happened after the fact, we can use the system's calculations and reports to make better pricing, production, and financial decisions.

They understood our requirements and were flexible when adjustments or additional requirements were needed. What did you find most impressive about them?

The system gives us confidence that the numbers and reports accurately reflect our operations. Another major advantage was the system's flexibility. Almost every part of the system could be customized to fit our specific business processes and requirements. Whenever we needed an adjustment or customization, the team was able to accommodate it easily. Overall, Elewares delivered a highly user-friendly, accurate, and flexible system that was very well suited to our business.
