Elevated Consulting Solutions is a two-person consultancy run by John McAvoy, PhD, and Kristen McAvoy, MBA. We help small businesses in the Netherlands and the US grow with marketing strategy, market research, business writing, and website design and development.
Every engagement starts with research. We look at your market, your competitors and your customers first, then hand you a written plan your team can use the same week. Kristen led strategic communications for the City of San Antonio, the 7th-largest city in the US, and designed the website and visual identity for WerkWell. John brings a PhD in organizational learning and more than 15 years in recruiting, training and leadership, which shows up in how we research, write and test.
You work directly with us, not an account manager. We reply within one business day, and every project starts with a free 30-minute consultation.
We also help Americans starting a business in the Netherlands on the DAFT visa, with a business plan built on real strategy rather than one written only for the IND.
