 Our work is rooted in a belief that AI should be built with humans at the center, not the other way around.

 That belief started with our founder, Thiago E. Ferreira, who launched Elevate AI Consulting after attending an AI conference where the word “enterprise” echoed through every room... yet not a single speaker mentioned small businesses. That moment sparked a mission: to make human-centered AI accessible to the people and companies too often left out of the conversation.

 Thiago is an MBA graduate of IE Business School in Madrid, where he served as President of the school’s LGBTQ+ club and currently teaches executive MBA candidates as an Assistant AI Professor. He has led international business development efforts across the U.S., Canada, Spain, and Portugal, and brings a global, people-first approach to technology. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement of Greater Miami, teaching entrepreneurship, investing and other real-world skills to the next generation of leaders.

 Today, he works with companies across the U.S. to design practical AI systems that reduce busywork and help teams do what they do best. He’s trained hundreds through his popular “AI Fundamentals” workshops and also serves as Chief AI Officer at Revaya Hospitality Group, a startup he co-founded to bring AI-powered solutions to the events and hospitality industry.
