We want to redesign the existing website with a new design so that our audience can have a good idea of how our service works from there.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to redesign the existing website and modify functionality with a new design so that our audience can have a good idea of how our service works from there. Our audience is students from the age of 14 till 22.

How did you select this vendor?

I found Elegant Infosolution on a freelancing website and of its quality reviews and portfolio.

We provided them with wireframes and functionalities for the new website. Then, they migrated the customer and content. I was available to answer any questions involving our data.

What was the team composition?

We’re unsure how many people were involved, but I think they had a team of at least five working on the project. Our project manager communicated heavily with both their project manager and lead integrator.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site design is a success, but we underestimated the data migration. We had to clean up our data heavily. There are a lot of micro-attributes.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was excellent. We interacted daily with Elegant Infosolution's point of contact. When we requested ongoing changes and adjustments, Elegant Infosolution responded professionally and promptly. communication was mainly through email and early morning check-ins/updates.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The concern they have for their clients is excellent. Their goal is to make the customer happy no matter how difficult the job. They were able to create anything we asked for and find solutions to problems we didn’t have much knowledge of.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I didn’t identify any while we worked together. our communication would have been less strained.

We wanted to build complex functionality and database management.

We have an ongoing relationship with Elegant Infosolution after using them for several projects.

Elegant Infosolution provided development services for an existing e-commerce store. They built and tested the functionality of the site based on existing designs. They also helped with database migration around the launch of site so that no existing sales were lost in the transfer.

We worked with a project manager, a designer, and a developer.

Because this project was for a client of ours, we handled project management.

They delivered excellent response times and quality of work.
