I'm the head of the Israel Behavioral Analysis Center. We work with families, schools, and professionals and focus on therapy-based and educational initiatives.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elad Bar Ilan?

We had an existing website, but it wasn’t accurately representing our organization anymore. We needed to make some major changes to it so it reflected the work that we do today.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They redesigned and edited the whole website for us in Wix. I went into the project with a set of changes I wanted to have made, but we worked together to come up with additional new features and design aspects that would enhance the site. After completing some of the project tasks, they would send them to me for my feedback, and then they would incorporate my comments into the final product.

I saw the company on Facebook and reached out to them through the platform.

How much have you invested in them?

I spent $2,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in October 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My associates and I have been very pleased with the redesigned website. Since the site launched, I've had people reach out and express how impressed they were with our organization's story and mission. They felt like they could get to know us based on our online presence, which is important to a mental health organization.

How did Elad Bar Ilan perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very approachable and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the project. The only delays were caused on our end. We communicated through WhatsApp, which made it easy to go back and forth as needed. Unlike the original site developer, they weren't too rigid with the process or making changes to already-completed work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were accommodating, professional, and thorough. I appreciate that they used their expertise in the web design field to offer up suggestions for how to complete my project rather than just sticking to my initial requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I had to prompt them to send me the bill for the project, but I'm not sure if that's too major of an issue.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open to suggestions. You should share what you want to get out of the engagement, but trust them and let them do their work.

I’m an artist, and I run a concrete design business. I produce a lot of different things out of concrete, from home décor to earrings.

I wanted to build a new site, and I needed to change a lot of things. I’d built my own site in Wix, but I didn’t know how to get to the results I wanted. That’s why I turned to Elad (Owner).

What was the scope of their involvement?

Elad designed and developed my new site. They built it so that it has support for multiple languages, image slides, and Facebook and Instagram connectivity.

I’ve worked directly with Elad.

I met Elad at a Wix course in Israel.

How much have you invested with them?

The total was around $400. Because I’m friends with Elad, he gave me a discount.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Elad in July 2020, and the project was completed in about two weeks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Elad did everything exactly as I wanted. The site’s just gone online, so I don’t have any customer feedback yet, but I’m really happy with his work.

How did Elad Bar Ilan perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was great. We used WhatsApp, email, or any other method that was good for me. Elad was very polite, and he got back to me quickly. I really felt that I could trust him with anything I needed. Even if he didn’t have an answer right away, he’d come back to me and get everything done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He suggested ideas I hadn’t thought about to make the site even better — I really appreciated that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything was great, and I have nothing bad to say about the job he did.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should tell Elad what they’re looking for, but also get suggestions from him. He can come up with some really good solutions.
